## Acceptance of Terms

By using CineSnag, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

## Service Description

CineSnag connects users with discounted cinema tickets offered by cinema partners. We are a marketplace — we don't own the cinemas or films.

## Age Restrictions & Parental Consent

- The app is rated 12+ and suitable for ages 12 and up
- Users under 18 booking paid tickets must have explicit parental/guardian permission
- Cinema age ratings (U, PG, 12A, 15, 18) are enforced by the cinema at entry — we are not responsible for age verification at the venue
- Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use and purchases

## User Responsibilities

- Users must be at least 12 years old to use this app
- Users under 18 must have parental/guardian permission to make purchases
- You must provide accurate information during signup
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
- You must not use the app for fraud, hacking, or abuse
- You must comply with all applicable laws

## Bookings & Payments

- Prices shown are final (including CineSnag's commission)
- Once booked, tickets are non-refundable unless the cinema cancels the showing
- If a cinema cancels a showing, you'll receive a full refund within 7 days
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe
- We take 50% commission on paid tickets; 0% on free promotional tickets

## QR Code & Ticket Validation

- Your QR code is unique and single-use
- You must present it at the cinema entrance
- Lost or invalid codes must be verified with the cinema directly
- We're not responsible if you lose your QR code

## Cinema Partner Liability

- CineSnag is not responsible for cinema quality, cancellations, or refunds initiated by the cinema
- Contact the cinema directly for seating, accessibility, or facility issues
- We reserve the right to remove cinemas from the platform

## Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- CineSnag is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your booking

## Refund Policy

- **Paid bookings:** Non-refundable. Cancellations must be made through the app before the showing starts.
- **Free bookings:** No refund applicable (promotional).
- **Technical issues:** If the app fails to generate a valid QR code, contact support@cinesnag.co.uk

## Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these terms
- Engage in fraud or illegal activity
- Abuse the platform

## Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept changes.
